Style:
The design is just great. The keyboard is very thin and looks through the chiclet keys the keys of the MacBook from identical. Through the battery compartment at the top of the keyboard is now at a comfortable angle off the table. The housing is made of aluminum like the MacBook Pro and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of build quality. In addition, the keyboard is very easy. From the crowds here it is the same size as the keyboard of a 13 "MacBook Pros. The rounded battery compartment can be opened by sliding to the side.
Function:
After Bluetooth pairing and the subsequent keyboard configuration, where I left all the settings so as OS X Lion has suggested to me, the keyboard is working properly. The on / off switch located on the back of the keyboard, so you have to turn over the keyboard to turn off every time. After a little practice you will find with your finger on / off switch at the lift already blind, which eliminates the turn. Once the switch to one side, and the thing is made. The keyboard connects to after turning the way very quickly with the MacBook. Too bad, but I find that there is no indication of the battery status. With a reasonably good battery keeps the keyboard certainly by so few weeks.
Keys:
The pressure point I find enjoyable. He's a bit harder than the MacBook Pro, but not in unpleasant area. Surprisingly, all the keyboard keys have been recognized under OS X Lion, but four buttons in the top left (search, keyboard, screen darker / lighter), meaning the actual F-keys. These are well designed webOS-specific, but is not bad for me, because the F-keys are never used anyway in normal use and the MacBook is connected to an external monitor. The buttons to control iTunes, and the volume work without problems. The turn-key does its job well also. Even the Command key is present, this is the card exchange button (on the left of the spacebar or right CTRL).
The only criticism, but HP can not, is that not correct key label to the ISO standard, as webOS, for which the keyboard was actually designed converts these key functions also correct. The respective third printed symbol function of a key is not correct and can not be with Alt Gr or other function keys call. Recordable: The square brackets [] are shown on the keyboard in the key 8 & 9. This one writes but still continue with ALT + 5 & 6, so how it is used far from the normal Apple keyboard. In my opinion this is not a flaw, but something about which one can safely ignore.
Conclusion:
Delighted with the quality of workmanship and compatibility, I can this Bluetooth keyboard to anyone normal Mac owner, who does not need F-keys without restriction, especially since the price is really low for the gigantic offered. In addition, the HP webOS Bluetooth keyboard with any Bluetooth device is compatible, such as (tested successfully) with the iPad.
