Use the CD slot hangs as for a smartphone holder, the idea is excellent.
In practice it works very well a small adjustable screw allows to firmly secure the bracket in the CD slot slightly away his jaws. Simple and effective.

Once in place, the medium behaves like any self-respecting good support. Neither more nor less. And that's all we ask!
