The backlight has two intensities, but when the alarm clock is powered by the mains I prefer to disable the night because it makes too much light in the room; unless you need a pilot? When the alarm is on battery, the backlight turns off by itself after ten seconds (This is essential for battery life ...). The button to read the time at night is very well positioned on the top, and large comfortable size. The other buttons are less convenient.
Time the numbers are very readable with 2.5cm height.
The light weather indicator is friendly, with color change, matching the forecast.
The ringing "buzzer" is progressive, but too fast for my taste: the time I react everyone woke ;-). I prefer to use the tune "radio" which can be chosen volume.
I did not comment on the humidity and the temperature outside, which I did not use. The indoor temperature is very precise.
