The Pros:
- The phone is super small, smaller (and easier) than my old W850i. Is somewhat reminiscent of the Nokia 8310. It fits very well in a pocket, which is no longer the Fal with larger smartphones. The mobile phone is not toooo small, as it would a constantly falling out of your hands in hands that fit 186 cm KG.
- The touch screen is great, responds quickly and precisely and even tap the SMS is great - as I had initially reservations (blind review course is no longer, but goes with most "Touchern" otherwise).
- The operation is simple (one could also say intuitively very possible), everything where it should be, if you bring a bit of experience with the newer media or a Sony Ericsson had previously.
- The look speaks for itself, is indeed plastic, but interferes with honest here not because it is well made and the elegant look does the rest :-)
- The calendar can be synchronized, eg via the Google Calendar / Outlook (is not for everyone in these difficult days of data collection, okay, but it's probably still using other software, I am not with geschäftigt).
-Timescape Seems to be a pretty smart solution, then me but also to much of Verknüpferei, so I did not use it, is for social networking addicts but certainly helpful.
Music & camera are okay, since I have no longer expected. The images of the camera are okay, play the tracklist options for music might have a bit to turn out more convenient, but still good!
- To manage the contacts is very well resolved and easy. I like it!
- There is also in each Displayeck four more or less freely available for population places such as the calendar, phonebook, SMS or calls, I find very practical and is also much better resolved than in many other smart phones!
Cons:
- A shortcoming is the low battery life. On the third day it has connected to the grid at the latest, if you do not all the time-Fi or other services enabled, otherwise it's probably even faster.
- Alarm works only when the phone is not shut down, which means that at night I always Be moved it in flight mode (I hope there simply times less radiation undso) - since the alarm clock wakes then
the next morning
- With the volume up / down buttons could skipping tracks while W850i example, if you've heard music, is not here, I find stupid :-(
- At the university we have the Cisco VPN client. Sony Ericsson does have standard two clients for "IPSec" on the phone, but are not compatible with Cisco - even goofy. Perhaps there is a solution in the foreseeable future it would be nice
- In the SMS can not check when a message has been delivered, only when it was received
- Unfortunately, you can not put all the functions in one of the four corners mentioned, such as not even the "wireless on / off" function
- Keyword Internet & Surf: who wants to do what with Facebook or VZs who can make this easy, is not a problem, is expected to read longer texts make less fun because of the small screen, but I have a good piece not even bought. Zooming goes, page loading time is also within the scope, and for the things for which I am going to use it, it was good enough (check your emails, brief information about new messages, sports scores, schedules, ...)
... Bottom line: the smallest smart phone that I could get. It is handy, elegant and functional & clearly, in terms of software. Shortcomings are the battery life, the non-existent Cisco compatibility. Those looking for a surf-mobile, no need to do so here. Camera and music player are okay.
