This product was delivered quickly and was absolutely easy to install. I am very glad that this greater capacity toner fits perfectly in my HP Color Laser Jet Pro. Why only 3 points? There would be loose 5 points ... BUT ... HP makes it incredibly awkward made to recycle the used toner! Instead of a self-return sticker in the package as before, you have to go on the internet, sign in to HP and many Kram browse before you can express a return sticker! The whole process took me half an hour. HP: surely you have optimized your processes for yourself and have the Effizenzmaßnahmen implemented by your business consultant but you have quite loose transgress the limits of your anger customers. What do you do for customer loyalty to invest in the future?
