The bayonet is made of metal and fits perfectly on the MFT - cameras by Panasonic / Olympus. The focus ring is easy to use and responds perfectly - great processing.
With the lack of image stabilization, I had on my G3 no problems (at 19 mm focal length is to stabilize my opinion anyway not necessary).
At the new shiny finish I can not fault mattering. At first I was rather misstrauig respect. Susceptibility to scratches. But these were unfounded - the surface is indeed shiny but also extremely robust. Fingerprints have to accept - you can even wipe :-).
Absolute buy recommendation.
