after commissioning the NAS has about work for a month. Then came first Ausgallerscheinungen. After about 1.5 months, the NAS refused the operation completely. A reset of the setting did not help. After updating the firmware on a level that was not available on the Seagate product support pages, the NAS could be put back into operation. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible since then to maintain on the NAS administration shares or users. No good buy.
Seagate also denied these devices the withdrawal if no Hardware defect is present, which is at least the information of Seagate Support.
