I have not bought the TO on Amazon. But only for one reason: it was previously available in regular another shop, my it offered more than a week earlier on. This class is for me the price anyway not decisive, but I wanted nothing more than just this phablet.
I have disappointed me as a former Galaxy Note 1 and Note 2 users during Unpacking events at IFA 2013 away from Samsung, because that's what I expected, in barely one point, which was important for me was fulfilled. I'm a fan of very large displays, for me, the not be large enough. And with almost ridiculous growth in Note 3, the fairs were sung with me. Weeks before I became aware of Sony's Super Klopper, and during the event was clear: it is the TO. And nothing else.
I've been buying up to now never looked back, I still happy when I cornices, films look, listen to music, navigate, etc. Especially in the entertainment area attracts Sony competitors currently it - a large display is as highly beneficial.
The crystal-clear images, the brilliance of the colors and an extremely sensitively responsive turning effect ensure pure pleasure. That Sony's audio chips have long been part of the 1a-League, is known and clear once again.
In addition, the customized Android UI affects overall well-thought and thus more user-friendly. Samsung's unloving and in parts motley conglomeration of apps that you have after each new firmware update on your phone, even though they were uninstalled previously, the compulsion to be able to use the phone only in certain countries, as well as some flaws in the new equipment now have a deterrent effect. Yet you live by the hype, throwing technically very good equipment in masses on the Mark. Sony had a lull, jumps with the current Xperia series but like a phoenix from the ashes. Great.
The battery lasts very long in my opinion, the apps run super fast and I have neither something "small" internal memory or the non-removable battery ever disturbed. To those who complain that repeatedly, let me say that this argument is simply dishonest. The TO supportet the currently fastest external storage cards (get from the company a 64 GB version for birthday * smile *). Tell me how many times you had to complain about the battery of a smartphone! Even if it breaks down, we have 2 years warranty. If any of the moaners has a smartphone two years? Just! Add to that the supposed benefit of the interchangeable battery is accompanied by the compulsion only remove or to insert a new one when the battery is removed before the SIM card. The mobile phone comes out with it. If Sony does not, as I can in the slot on the side sometimes just remove or replace the memory card, without battery removal and with enabled mobile phone. I find better.
Conclusion: as a woman one is an exotic car with the giant. But I also see the envious glances, when I call the Group or ledges in the cafeteria and I look Kurzvids.
Well done, Sony!
