IN OPERATION
We have the cam used in paintball games, but also once tried as Dash cam. But let's start from the beginning. If you want to open the waterproof cover, the black clip-mechanism has to be opened up. In the beginning this is really hard, but over time it has its trick and it works out easier. It includes waterproof thanks to a thick rubber-frame, but the mechanism itself acts honestly very cheap and I wonder how long it will hold in everyday life. Finally, you have to open it so, for example, to transfer, charge or similar videos. Big button keys were attached to the outside for operation, you can easily press and transmit the pressure sensible. These buttons are also available for larger fingers. Unpacked the keys are tiny, so even I do not even meet with my wife smaller fingers 100%.
You can upload on Android smartphone or iPhone for the use of Wi-Fi an app. These need to set it, then you can also use Wi-Fi. It works, but with us, the app has ever hung on the Galaxy S5.
On the subject Waterproof I can only say that it still works very well. I tried it under running water and even in the bath. It's definitely not a drop came in. How long but because the mechanism a question.

Battery Performance
Without a good battery can forget such a camera. What good is it if the battery is empty after 10 minutes ?! The cam is intended to provide for 80 minutes at 1080. I can roughly confirm. With us the Cam has managed just over 70 minutes.
CONCLUSION ACTION CAM
Image Technically, I have been surprised time and otherwise the Cam makes a good impression. It is though certainly not to be compared with a GoPro, but for a beginner who does not want to spend so much, a solid entry point. Vulnerability is in my eyes the clip mechanism to close the camera in waterproof housing.
