Lives in Paris, enough about the winter blues and suffering from insomnia, I am the perfect candidate to test this type of product. Apart from the fact that the object is rather compact, handy (rechargeable and portable) and well finished, I see only one to reproach him its higher price. That if only been a week since I use (preferably in the morning or early afternoon), I must say that I already feel the effects: less fatigue during the day deeper sleep, less "chopped". The test certainly needs to be continued, but for now I am very satisfied. Without undergoing any side effect that I have read through here and there
