Hello. The three refills "colors" were accepted by the internal system of the Xerox WorkCentre 6015 printer The black cartridge is refused by the internal system of the printer! Result: I am in this print fault !!! Thank you to inform me how to be accepted by the black toner printer or failing that, what to do to return the toner in question, then it is no longer in its cellophane plastic.
NB I bought you 2's kit refill, one for my aforementioned printer: Xerox WorkCentre 6015 which is home to Namur in Belgium and the second kit is shipped in Tunisia for the printer in my office on site: Xerox 6000. It is not yet tested; it will be on my next stay in Tunisia between 27 December 2013 and 14 January 2014.
