When I received my pedometer, there was no battery in the package. I was very surprised but I did not feel the courage to return the package. I decided to buy a new battery and what was not my disappointment when I opened the back of the pedometer to find a used battery inside. So we sold me a used product or at least a customer return. It is not normal that the company did not check the pedometer was not already in use before putting it for sale as a new product. I am very unhappy because I had to pay six euros for a new battery.
