I have not bought this cover for the summer but for the winter and am very satisfied. Although we had no snow this year, but neat rain and frost and the shell has survived well and our teak furniture look fabulous. We leave unprotected 2 years The teak furniture because we were advised this so when buying, annoy us in retrospect that we have not covered before. The protective sleeve is relatively short, so that about 15-20 cm are not covered below, which is great for teak furniture, ensure adequate ventilation exists below the sheet. The drawstring has not taken the slightest damage despite strong temperature fluctuations and also survived many stormy day! I would buy the protective sleeve again.
