It's a small fan that can cool off when using his computer, or elsewhere because it works with batteries. The rate is not very high (normal given its size) and there is rather a single speed, faster. The slow speed is hard to find with the button just before the fan shuts down ... but that speed is useless anyway because the air flow is too low.
