I ordered this leather care because although I have already found something that the leather can maintain very good (viscosity paraffin oil), but this makes the leather not nice for too long and must, for example, every few weeks are nachgepflegt the bridle ,
So I ordered Tierowa me my bridle freshly oiled and then "sealed" with Tierowa and I'm really excited !!! The oil keeps much longer in the leather and keeps it thus gets smooth. Moreover Tierowa smoothes a little bit the rough suede side of the bridle, so it on both sides (relatively) smooth and feels great without it but somehow looks glued or similar .. I have my bridle since the oil Tierowa treatment already no longer treated for several weeks now and it still looks as fresh cared! You have to say that my bridle is not the allerhochwertigste, but thanks to the care cocktail it feels now at least as good at as a more expensive brand bridle) Tierowa is therefore perhaps also a great way leather of lower quality rather something spice?
In my Hanwag outdoor footwear I have made a comparative test: a shoe I have with normal Dubbin, the other with Tierowa (both without pretreatment by oil) rubbed. The with Tierowa still looks great, when I walk through a wet meadow, the water simply runs off. The other, well-maintained with normal fat shoe, although still looks ok and is still reasonably waterproof, the leather but already soaks up the water, when I walk through wet grass. In addition, the leather is already brighter again, according to the motto "I have space for new care!" :-P
My riding boots made of leather I have both first rubbed with the normal fat, have them collected overnight in a warm room and treated the next day with Tierowa. This pair of shoes looked and felt even better. Maybe you can reach the same result if you frequently treated with Tierowa, but it went faster and somewhat cheaper (my 500g Leather fat pot has about 8, - cost).
My saddle I have dealt only with Tierowa, also sees again significantly better than before and the care lasts longer on / in leather.
In general, one can still say that Tierowa is quite productive. I have now dealt with two bridles, saddle and three pairs of shoes with it and it is just consumes about 1/4 of the can. You have to say that a little more help and more, should you overdo it, however, is not. ;) Even if you are frugal (and possibly something else pretreated) can achieve very nice and good results.
Therefore, all thumbs up and well deserved 5 star :)
