It took one week prior to clean all the pre-installed programs (or should I say Acer microsoft partners who are trying to sell you apps and extensions or all-out telling you that there is more than you 1% of space on your hard drive, and so on ... So as I'm not an "ace" of computers I have suffered the onslaught of all its windows which prevented any correct navigation. Finally with patience you get there ... And if you want to download old drivers, "limpet" there as it is complicated with Windows 8.1 which was still feasible with my old XP ... For the rest: beautiful design , speed of navigation but for the sound, better an additional speaker.
For the price / quality ratio, even when I do not expect a "fighter" ..
