Since I make now and then in-app purchases, I found the concept of Coins quite nice - especially since you can actually save some. However, it's me now already happened twice in a row that an in-app purchase was unsuccessful. The coins were indeed charged in the app, however, came to nothing. As a result, I wrote a mail to the Amazon customer service. The coins have been credited to me without hesitation again. I was also proposed that purchase to try again. If problems should I contact again to the Customer. A few days later I tried my "luck" again - the purchase failed again. Again I wrote to customer service. This time, the coins were credited to me again - but with the note that it was the withdrawal of in-app purchases usually not possible. I should sit down but with the developers of the app in conjunction to solve my problem ...
As a consequence, this was my last purchase from Amazon Coins. In future I will pay back with "normal" money, possibly also use possible other app stores.
