Defective mechanics

Electric works the housing properly. eSATA is not slowed down, same speed as in connection with a loose disc and adapter cable. USB3 I have not tried.
The housing lock is very difficult and threatens the fingernails. My flat SSD is virtually not removed because of the eject lever moves into the void. To pull out brute force is called for with pliers. Had I read the poorer reviews before buying, I would not annoy me now.
As usual with eSATA, the power supply through a USB cable is required. The supplied cable is too stiff. I've taken a more flexible USB2 cable. We pull the eSATA cable, the Berieb change after a short break to USB2. Now (also in connection with access red) the previously red LED lights up blue. After re-plugging of the eSATA Berieb returns to SATA.
