Contrary to some reviews earlier date, I am extremely pleased with the fit at the EF-S 10-22mm. Setting up is perfect, easy engagement with end position. Losing weight is a little harder, but also secured against unintentional rotation. In the reverse direction (Transportsitiuation) on the lens is not as precise, but that's really irrelevant - The outer diameter of Geli is so huge that the lens with reversed attached hood can be sorted into the camera bag barely, as you can that thing well well maintained in the position of use on the lens. I stow the visor separately in his pocket. Shadows at the edges do not occur when shooting outdoors on, only when plugged flash (here: Canon 430), in the case of the 10mm focal length and short subject distance approximately half the motive area in the shade. However, this is already without the use of Geli the case, although not quite as strong. Both the size as well as the shading properties are likely to be justified by the functional requirement and do not differ from the genuine Canon. And why should I spend many times for such a piece of plastic?
