The delivered product does not meet my expectations for the following 2 reasons:
- It is necessary to force to insert the battery in the camera or charger with a major risk of damaging the contacts;
- It is mandatory to use an object to remove the battery from the device, it does not eject the device.
Therefore, the product does not satisfy me and I claimed.
