deplorable! February 2

I'm not one to criticize or even leave opinion (despite my recurring purchases on the net).
I bought this cigarette via amazon:
Sent in an envelope without protection or instructions.
Cigarette leaking from the first uses (yet well screwed).
It does not take the load: 3 or 4 uses pendants 10 minutes being a passive smoker (3h loaded yet).
The cigarette no longer works and I bought there just one month.
I contacted amazon who wrote the seller to find a solution, answer your cigarette is not guaranteed!
Voila, so advice: better to pay 15 euros more and go to a specialty store for a quality electronic cigarette like many people around me did.
Note I am very satisfied with the quality of service and direct sales with amazon !!! (Suspicion or subcontractors).
