Comfort: the fixing system not turn ear is new for me, and I must say it works well. It fits nicely in the ear, we feel that it will not fall, even shaking his head. Well put, the headset is well over a long period. But not put it right, it was a little afraid it falls after a while and we feel a particular gene on the ear. The headset is still very light. No problem for eyeglass wearers (like me).
Sound: very good, for me the sound level is sufficient even to the max, mean well when you have good reception.
Micro: very good, very good means to me quietly, in the office, car. However, in noisy environments (hypermarket, busy street), the recipient seem to hear too much and impairs the sound quality of the conversation. The headset looks pretty much block the wind from its design (micro not exposed directly to air, but placed between two "plates") and its noise canceling system.
Bluetooth: Good. The connection holds well, reception and transmission is good, I have not had too many cuts or brownouts. Everything depends on the headset-phone distance but spent 5m indoors (with wall), signal degradation is obvious.
The pairing is not complicated, but I still had to use the manual on internet to be able to pair the headset with two phones. My headset is paired with two phones: one SGS3 and iPhone3GS.
The headset automatically detects which phone is ringing, and pressure on it, it wins. Note: The last number redial function is done by double clicking on the headset, and recall the last number of the last phone used. Same for the voice recognition function, which extends along the last phone used 2-3S now the headset button.
Most actions on the atrium causes a beep, except turning off / on the microphone of the headset during a call (it says "mute on" and "mute off").
The cover is a real plus, to store and protect the headset during transport, but also recharging. However, its leather imitation is not terrible, scratches easily, see a little bit hard. We'll have to be careful and not put the keys in the same pocket as the cover.
Autonomy: The headset alone takes 2-3 days with 1 hour of phone per day and being constantly connected to two phones. With the cover, is held the week. Note that the cover and the headset can be recharged separately or together.
CONCLUSION:
Having had a Jabra Stone 2, I quickly returned to substitute the Plantronics. And this is the day and night. The quality of sound / mic is simply better, much better (especially micro). I highly recommend it. Good quality finish.
Note: can not wear in motorcycle helmet.
