Since I have it, I do not separate myself more. I was afraid it was too big but ultimately not at all, it really helps to be firmly seated in various positions during pregnancy. It is removable which allows washing without problems. Inside the bag is like "foam" so less hard than pearls when we sleep with. The colors are neutral and soft, not regret this purchase.
