HDD Off

Refurbished product. The hard drive was not working.
Normally when I thought it was repackaged checked before it any further and send it to a buyer.
Windows 8 is more difficult to use but it is not the fault of the seller.
Back to Amazon.
As the product is repackaged, no repair but a refund.
By cons reimbursement drags a can, I bought the computer on March 25, forwarded on March 25, it is 30 March and still no refund. I look ....
Device repaid without problems. Responsible service.
