LED lamp quality at an interesting price

Serious manufacturing with a full aluminum body. Sealing is a plus.
The batteries are not delivered, it is normal if you consider the really low price of this lamp. I placed 3 AAA NiMH rechargeable batteries that I had on hand, and voila. The manufacturer indicates (in a bad French!) That the electronic control runs on a wide voltage range, which means the battery will operate at best.
The on / off button provides three functions that march by successive presses: strong light, low, and flashing.
