For 11.99 euros you can get a backup CD if you have to order the more expensive DVD version. To eventually reload the software you must save the executable 2MB (and of course keep the key supplied).
If the letter Q has already been taken not to install the software (see the error message that appears). It is then necessary to go first in the disk manager (config panel, system tools) to change the letter of the device to which it is assigned.
