So I got the cable is connected, driver has been automatically installed. At first it did not work, but after restarting it ran then. Sometimes, I now also have the PC reboot, if the printer has been hanging back on. The cable was black and not as fancy blue transparent as in the picture, but that does not affect the function Yes, in as long as do not care. Printer is actually a HP LaserJett 1100. Works great, I can only recommend.
