No, not really!

In animal crossing it develops stuff (how we will decorate his city, his house, organize), and is sometimes surprised at the opportunities as and extent of the game. Despite the lack of development of the inhabitants the city, sometimes we ended up tying it and experiencing a vague nostalgia ...
The content varies throughout the year with surprisingly really a lot to discover.
Much can talk with friends (visit cities, will give ideas, to pass objects ...).
None of this in Tomodachi.

No this is not a Sim like either!
It's been years that I have not touched a Sim but even thinking of the very first, I see absolutely nothing in common. Moreover it is up to me that in the sims could trigger situations (and why not conflicts, jealousies scenes just to see what happens). None of that here everything is passive.
Sometimes a character asks if it should be friend (or marry) with such, you can tell him to go / avoid, but it stops there. Some disagree and you can not really do much, and you're not going to reconcile. Neither the facher elsewhere.

This being granted, what can t be done in the game?
Well not much except watch what happens.
This does not represent much either elsewhere (in fact I think I've seen a bit of everything).
Well you will reap foods / clothes / new apartments and distribute them to your residents. It's not mandatory but it is the only way to do level up. With many characters and dialogues that we can not totally zapped, it gets quite tedious very quickly
In fact, the idea behind seems to be especially fun wacky situations, involving more or less your relatives or known characters from the Mii that represents them. Anyway, yes it's crazy, it makes a little smile at the beginning, but much less then when we begin to understand the limits -Enough quickly- something.

I created 15-20 perso (resuming those of relatives, recovering qr codes on the net), just to have a lot of interaction, and I brought them up to level 20. I quickly Unlocked all sites (without doing anything special) and I already see that the situations are repeated (even dreams for example, same games, same situations ...) ... what? Is that all? all these repetitive actions for nothing ??

The mini games are ultra simplistic and always the same.
Even a child, tired less quickly by extreme repetitions of the same spots, will necessarily end up lacher the case, spent little time or he entertained the gallery with scenes set in his entourage mii.
It's not as if they had no other bunch of games, more creative or more provided available ...

Tomodachi quest by example (VERY mini rpg): Well your first part will be identical in all respects to the 30th: always choose one, 2-3 battle (no options, without passion) and the boss, and it's over. I see no difference even since I won 20 levels (more damage? Not obvious. Fewer failures? It's not obvious)

Finally, who advise the game?
If we really want the adviser (need?), I would say to a child.
Sorry kids, it's a low blow, because in fact I would have a little ashamed to offer such a small game then there are dozens and dozens more challenging and deeper (already 3DS Animal Crossing there is new leaf, which is extremely well done, quiet, cute, and with a gigantic life; between the two, the choice is quickly made)

In adults who just want to pass the time? Yeah (10 in demat, rigor, and again, is really bored eh?)

A players: not particularly.
A fan of AC NewLeaf: Niet!

Ps: a demo version can be found, but coincidentally, is extremely reduced. Gender end of the demo have been content after 5 characters. What is doable in less than an hour I think.
