So I tried the next day (it was a holiday) and wishing some tried everything, I +/- 1h45 drive and lost
+/- 385 cal., Without seeing pass the time, while having fun!
The progression of time, points, combo ... can unlock new sessions to unlock the program that allows create your own workouts ... all here to give us the desire to go further in sessions ...
So if you like being Boxaérobic, Zumba, to Aerofit ... on dance rhythms, this is the game for you and unlike the current room is you who make the program work you have need ... to your liking !!!!
Good luck to all, I really think to stop the current gym, and put me in Wii Fitness, really more fun! And no schedule to respect !!!
PS: You can play alone or in pairs, with one or two mannettes at your convenience (but 2 is better!) And the balance board is used only in some sessions.
