The Xblue Stone came with NTFS pre-formatted and was up and running quickly after a brief automatic initialization and restart. The first writing attempts with larger amounts of data were (compared to my older 8GB Apacer) pretty tough, ie have lasted much longer.
After reformatting using FAT32 suddenly a completely different picture: Writing 1161MB (127 files in 11 folders) lasted 1'54, which is about 10MB / s corresponds, in my previous 8GB Apacer against 5'26.
I am certainly not the stick-expert, but compared to what I have been accustomed to the Xblue is super fast. He also accurately 64915046400 bytes free space, almost more than 2GB of previously purchased "Elegant".
Overall, a problem-free, visually appealing Stick with good speed and even a bit more capacity than stated - as it should be!
As only disadvantage I feel the lack of a LED that indicates the read and write operations. But that's me worth no points deduction, so full 5 stars!
