CONCLUSION:

- The 2 audio and video drivers are not detected by the capture software
- The choice of source capture "Capture device" is impossible
- Reading a VHS tape can not detect this source
RESOLUTION OF THE PROBLEM:

Uninstalling 1- 2 pilots
==> In "Device Manager" -> "Sound, video and game"
- Uninstalling the "USB2.0 Audio Capture" (right click and uninstall)
- Removing the driver "USB 2.0 Video Capture" (right click and uninstall)
2. Uninstalling the software "ArcSoft ShowBiz"
3- Job Restart
4- Recovery on the internet VGB100 drivers
==> Zip File: vgb100_driver.zip
5- Installing the drivers manually from the ZIP file
6- manually reinstalling the software "ArcSoft ShowBiz" from the CD
7- Job Restart
8. Launch the software "ArcSoft ShowBiz"
9- TEST capture a VHS tape:
- Choice "Capture device" OK
- Choice of "S-VHS" OK
- Playing a VHS tape and capture OK
10- Control MPEG video file captured with MediaInfo:
- Global average rate = 5335 Kbps
- Video type = Variable flow (flow rate = 5004 Kbps / nominal flow rate = 7500 Kbps)
The resulting video is correct for a VHS tape provided to select "S-VIDEO".
In summary, if you have problems installing or using the capture key must uninstall 2 audio drivers / video and capture software and reinstall them manually.
