However, the initial / connection configuration wi-fi took me 2 hours, and yet I am not a novice. Indeed, as the USB cable is not supplied, everything must be done by the control panel which is very wrong. The guide provided (which in my case was more in German) gives no indication of the wireless config and user manual provided on CD either. I had to find myself on the internet a copy of the quick start guide that actually shows how.
Then, the printer does not find my wifi network so I had to manually enter the SSID then the code ... all still using 3 keys on the panel to navigate through the whole alphabet + numbers + symbols. .. and also no way to adjust if we are wrong, start all over again.
Overall, it gave me the impression that all that has been designed by engineers in a room without thinking for a moment to the user. And again, I'm more experiments in computer so I managed but for a newbie got to be pain! It is not normal for a consumer product.
In summary, have a USB cable to the old (Type B jack) to configure the printer from the PC or arm yourself with patience.
