The screen holder is made very massive and can be operated very well. Earlier, an umbrella holder made of plastic of the Delamax While also giving good service, but not as stable as the Lite-Tite terms as springs. An umbrella holder as the Manfrotto Lite-Tite will last a lifetime and keeps the flash with the screen also reliably fixed to sag without after. Meanwhile, I have a number of these to serve me by these umbrella holders as joint for other parts with spigot. Have the joints already used the flash2softbox system in which you can combine with Aufsteckblitze softboxes. Could there without problems the umbrella holder as joint use with flash and 95cm Ocotbox top of it, no problem. But you have to, depending on the position in which is located the whole, well tighten with appropriate force so that nothing comes into slide. What I would still improve this would be a fine grid in the joint, so that one does not need to be so tightly crossed with heavier loads the lever to fix. Even the lowest lever I would replace it with a knob as it is above said would now really just a minor thing.
PS: As a flash shoe, I can the "Hama hot shoe with insulation" recommend the though also has its price, but is also processed accordingly. Bring nothing if you have a stable screen Eiger as the Lite-Tite, breaking up the flash from the shoe down :-)
