unfortunately I can not recommend, in the heel, a very hard material is processed, which can be also by shoe tree and running-not "soften" the walking shoes. I had just a few minutes nasty blisters on my heels. Have several attempts started because otherwise I have no problems with new shoes. The seller was the time to exchange therefore too long, too bad.
