I had a minor problem, and Griffin sent me a new one no load very quickly. So I still give 'em 5 stars. They are a fantastic company with great service. And the product works perfectly. You can plug the USB charging Even cord into it from the iPod and the iPod with no load in the static sound, while you are listening and the engine is running, qui is something I have never seen before dans l'autre ones of These FM transmitters I have HAD before.
