Despite some challenges, the Seller has been very communicative and accommodating. The shipping Took much longer than expected until Search Time That Both I and the Seller Assumed That it had gotten lost in the post. The seller was very apologetic and what keen to please, and initiated a full refund. The polo-shirt Eventually did materialize and ended up at Customs, but no charge as the value of the product plus shipping costs did not exceed Euro22. My boyfriend loves the shirt (I ordered to XXL just in case and it fits perfectly) and it Appears to be of good quality. So, I am giving 5 stars Because, despite the challenges (and challenges do arise from time to time), the Seller was efficient with communication and only too eager to please me ... and this is a customer care culture to be commended.
