Super helmet workout "4x4"

I used to date the BT headset from Bose for sound quality.
Unfortunately, it is not practical in a cardio session on a punching bag (for fractionation) or in a health course (traction, fence crossing, etc).
There, no worries! the helmet fits perfectly and is almost invisible.

However ... we have to take time to adjust (especially if you use it in 4x4 mode with hanging above the ear (so close). The document is not always very clear, but you do it with the "good sense".

The case comes with 3 ear wedge and 3-ear adapters in silicones. We like it or not the texture of the latter. Personally it poses any worries me (note you can put a hold with a Small ear-ear Medium).
