Alexandra Ledermann 7 and 8 are similar in many respects.
For me the obvious difference is the planning system present in the 7 that is no longer relevant in the 7 8. In our days we have prepared in advance by setting a daily schedule of activities we have 5 then performed in the order without no longer able to change activities while in the 8 one is free to do the activity you want at any time. For me it's the big difference.
