I never used gloves. I used chalk for a while but I still could not handle right. Used the strap wrist wrap, but do not feel comfortable. Would always losing my handle to demoralize Lat, dead lift and dumbbell row. After getting the traction power supply pads, I have never had a problem with the handle. My calluses would burn halfway in my training, but now with the PTO, it is very manageable.
