I have a problem with this product, very quickly after receiving the order. After mounting, everything seems to work but the screen remains black despite desperately proper electrical operation (the display lights inside when pressing the power or home button).

So I put together the old screen (even broken) works.

What to do? Can I return the screen that seems flawed and receive another? how to contact the seller?
