I have the Shoulderpod S1 bought primarily for video recording and am thrilled. The build quality is just awesome. The terminal is designed to turn apart with a screw and the S5 can be wonderfully harnessed themselves with armored Case Cover. Even if the Shoulderpod attached is everything still 1a in hand. It fits well with no problems on any column.
The counterweight which can be screwed, is made of solid aluminum. The thread is processed very clean and can easily be screwed. Since hooks and clamps nothing when it is screwed.
The hand strap is also processed super. The tape of the loop is a Syntetikmaterial and the tip with the eyelet for attaching genuine leather. For my Geschmackt the hand strap is just a bit too small, but still fits. But that is my big hands and not in the loop :-)

I can only recommend the Shoulderpod S1einfach. It is ideal for any of the much photographed with your phone or want to shoot videos. And yes 30 are not cheap but absolutely justified for this quality.
Oh, there is a small flaw. Even though it is a warranty card and a user manual with, but they are both in English only. It explained everything eigendlich saying that this should not be a problem :-)
