I am thrilled with this trigger. The disadvantage is that a hot shoe on top missing (compared to normal YN-622) is negligible. But one has directly Readability all settings instantly changeable without having to go into the complicated camera menus.
Also important: you can set more than you can set via the camera menu with a normal YN-622. For example, Group A may at TTL and Group B are set to Manual, each with different focal lengths. This is not the normal 622.
