Have ordered this shoe as a walking boot for easy terrain. I have 2 of Lowa boots and 1 Hanwang. When walking downhill, I always had problems with my knee. This I have not in Haglöfs. At first I was concerned that I could bend it easier because there is only one shoe. This has not been confirmed. The shoe is very stable and gives a good grip. The attenuation appears to be very good, because I have less discomfort with the knee. On larger tours I have ever in this backpack. The only shortcoming is the Vibram sole that me compared to my other shoes, does not appear so good grip on wet rock. The long tongue bothered at first put something on, but if you fits them carefully, you can adjust the boot very well through the long laces. Price performance is better for me, compared to a Salewa. I highly recommend him.
