I was due to some negative reviews at first a bit skeptical because I am not as the computer specialist.
Have nevertheless ordered and am totally thrilled.
If you follow the instructions and a little concerned with the software is the cloud ruckzuck installed and operational.
That same evening secured two computers and secured my photo collection of the ExternenWD to the cloud.
I can some of the negative reviews lead back just waiting that buyers do not want to deal with technology. Or they do not understand and need a specialist for such things.
It is not always all plug and play!

Meanwhile, I have some family members also enabled photo folder, then we can look at from anywhere with your smartphone photos.
