At the functionality of the handset, there is hardly anything to complain about, but probably the supplied earplugs. Who is susceptible to "in ear" systems, will soon realize that at least the attached silicone plugs in the long run are anything but pleasant. Here soft foam plugs would be far more tolerable, but there seems to be at Sennheiser no interest, such plugs suitable offer on this system. My current solution: Take some foam in a suitable thickness and cut it 2 pieces - they should be quite so great that they did not even slip into the ear canal, but rather rest. So you have at the same time instead of the closed half-open system (which I personally advantageous enmpfinde), and there are no annoying silicone parts in the ear canal. The tone must be set only a little louder.
