Wireless Headphones with pros and cons

We were looking for a headset that should meet the following purposes:
* Silent for around TV Look
* Undisturbed meditation
and both with wireless freedom.
Taking into account of expenses and benefits we opted for the wireless Wireless Headphones
Sony MDR-RF810 RK.
Here the advantages and disadvantages:

Contraindications
