Unfortunately, it proved to be not very durable. Although they are most of the summer in the same place and are not particularly strained, they began after two years, to be shaky because some of the screw and tenon dowel joints between the delicate wooden pieces began auszuleiern. A tightening of the screws did not yield any lasting improvement.
In the fourth summer then broke one of the ottoman at normal load (92 kg body weight) together, because one of the frame parts was cracked lengthwise. Presumably there is a design flaw: The holes of the screws that secure the fabric lie exactly in a row parallel to the grain of the wood so exactly as you would edit it, if you wanted to split a timber.
In addition, some of the wooden dowels looked rotten. Possibly used Ploß another timber. But it obviously does not help much when the woods are visible witerungsbeständig if it is not the wooden dowels.
On a dual-friendly complaint the company Ploß unfortunately does not respond within four weeks. Therefore, we will refrain in future from products of this company.
