I use the heart rate monitor for about 2 weeks and am very satisfied. It meets my need for simple operation and clear functionality. After I once looked at the manual, I was able to put away and no longer need them. Before you use them is to its size and weight, and which units (kg / lbs) to be used for the first time. Then you are the training area one where you want to walk in and go. After training, you can look at the result: the average heart rate, time below the time, time above the training zone, maximum heart rate, calories burned and fat burned. For me, it is enough perfectly and with this toy makes running again so much fun!
