Great Android Phone

I have long wondered whether I should take the Galaxy or the HTC Desire. I decided for various reasons for the Galaxy.
1) It has a front camera
2) The better and larger display
3) A better processor (as jerky no play)
since the rest is about the same that was decisive.

A few copies but you have to make. The ROM with which it comes is not very fast (it comes to stuttering) and the GPS has trouble getting a fix and is not very accurate. Oh, and unfortunately it has no flash ...
Perhaps one can afford a remedy. Who wants to stay with Android 2.1, you should look at times xda-developers.com which JM9 ROM is very fast and the GPS works fine. and with the Voodoo lagfix there is no stuttering. I know that that is not optimal, but it is running tip.
Who wants to use Android 2.2, I recommend the same path, with gravel (Samsung's PC software) and a little trick allows it to upgrade to the official Froyo update from Norway / Sweden. Again, the Voodoo lagfix it and everything runs fine!
Who does not want to mess around large, which is probably better served with HTC ...
