Over time, much too large

I've ordered this bag because I had good experiences with the company during my last cell phone.
However, it has let me down.
At first all was well, it is well finished inside and outside and soft, the cleaning function is also to remember and it sat all.
However, they lost after 2 weeks to shape and support. My iPhone 5 now slipped out constantly and has now even a small scratch. Since the new iPhone is already very sensitive anyway, I'm going to buy another pocket with flap, the inside of the front slipping prevented.
